At Donara, every product is thoughtfully customized and handcrafted specially for you. Since personalized products are uniquely made using your photos, names, messages, or designs, we kindly request customers to review all customization details carefully before placing an order.
1. Customized Orders
All personalized products are made specifically according to the images, text, or designs provided by the customer.
Because of the customized nature of our products, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted for:
Change of mind
Personal preference
Incorrect details submitted by the customer
2. When Returns or Replacements Are Accepted
We only accept return or replacement requests in the following situations:
The wrong product or incorrect design was delivered.
The product arrived damaged, broken, or defective during shipping.
3. Damage Claim Process
To raise a damage or defect claim, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
Your claim must include:
Full unboxing video (clear and uncut)
Product photos
Packaging photos
Invoice/order confirmation
Order ID
Please note:
Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
4. Image & Customization Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing:
Correct images
Clear and high-quality photos
Accurate spelling, names, and customization details
Donara is not responsible for issues caused by:
Low-resolution images
Blurry or unclear uploads
Incorrect customization details submitted by the customer
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for such cases.
5. Refund & Resolution Policy
If a claim is approved after verification, Donara may provide one of the following resolutions depending on the issue:
Replacement product
Partial refund
Store credit
Discount coupon for future purchase
The resolution offered will depend on the nature and severity of the issue.
6. Return Request Window
All return or replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for support.
